Q: How do I reserve a conference room?
A: Reserve a Conference Room in the Tenant Center.

Q: How do I request a service call?
A: Submit Service Requests in the Tenant Center.

Q: How do I request additional space?
A: Your tenant broker should reach out to the Cushman & Wakefield Leasing Team.

Q: Can I bike to work?
A: Yes, interior bike and scooter parking and storage is available. This area is only accessible by having access added to your building badge and is located off 17th Street to the left of the building entrance.

Q: Where can I park?
A: Tenants and their guests may park in any "unreserved" parking space in the Atlantic Station parking deck.

Q: Where can I smoke?
A: 271 17th Street is a non-smoking working environment. Smoking is permissible only in the designated locations. The designated location for smoking is on the P2 level of the parking garage, near the 171 17th Street building.

Q: Can I bring in a space heater?
A:Space heaters are not permitted at 271 17th Street as not only are they a fire hazard but they can cause electrical surges in the suite / tenant floors and confuse the HVAC system within these areas.

Q: I work after the building's normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: Submit these requests in the Tenant Center, via the Service Request Application.

Q: I am sensitive to the light, how do I request an adjustment to my lighting?
A: Submit these requests in the Tenant Center, via the Service Request Application.
